I would say this is a good mist for those with normal to slightly dry skin. If you are very dry, this doesn't provide enough hydration. There is a scent, but it's light and I did not find it too perfumey. It provides a nice glow and my skincare applies well over it.
First, I am in love with skin1004 products! This is so most is so refreshing, so hydrating and lightweight. Obsessed. Just look how my skin looks so hydrating!
