All deliveries come with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning the courier can drop your package in a safe spot outside your door without needing a signature. 📦🔑 This could be anywhere secure, depending on what’s available at your place – think behind bushes, bins, or tucked away in a mailbox.

If your parcel is returned to Embé Skin because it wasn’t claimed or the address you gave was incorrect or incomplete, you’ll be responsible for the return and redelivery fee (aka shipping costs). 📦💸
