The bottle is a pretty shade of light blue. The product is made of decent quality. For my skin type, it is too mild. Or not antiseptic enough to combat the ample oil production.
I'm a 22-year-old male, sebum amount appropriate for my age. Bought it because redness bothered me during skincare. At night skincare, I mist it on and use EMS to help it absorb. Redness on my cheeks in the morning and daytime has decreased, and I feel some added clarity. Since it's not sticky, I have no resistance to using it daily. I'd like to try something better if it exists, but for now I think this is fine.
I've officially jumped on the K-beauty bandwagon, and Medicube has been a total game-changer. For years, I dealt with insufferable fungal acne. I couldn't use anything without breaking out, no matter how much I washed my face. I finally cleared it with a round of Accutane, but about three months post-treatment, my skin started getting a little oily again and a few comedones popped up. I anticipated this because I've been introducing so many new products to my skin. To keep things under control, I picked up the Azelaic cleanser and this toner. The cleanser leaves me a little red, but this toner is incredibly gentle—no burning, no harsh smell, and zero irritation. I use it once or twice a day whenever I see a comedone starting, and it keeps my skin completely clear. Pro-tip: if you do get any initial redness, just follow it up with a light calming cream. At 39, I'm finally able to experiment with skincare and I'm officially obsessed. I've been stocking up so much on Medicube products that my wife wants to kill me for taking up all the bathroom counter (and cupboard) space! I never write reviews, so when I say Medicube is the real deal, I mean it. Medicube, if you're looking for a brand ambassador, sign me up!
Not too drying, tones and cleanses. No fragrance that I can detect. Works well for inflammatory conditions such as rosacea and acne. I have not seen anti aging benefits but you can't have everything.
I was pleasantly surprised by this toner being as moisturizing as it is. It feels very soothing and comfortable when my skin is more sensitive. It did seem slightly oily while it was still wet, but it absorbed in fine without anything left behind. Blemishes were smaller, less red and raised by the next day.
