I think this is an excellent at-home beauty device. It's great to use before special occasions or whenever you want your skin to look a little better. However, it's still a home-use device, so don't expect the same results as professional clinic or salon treatments. Social media can make the results seem dramatic, but in reality, it's best used as ongoing maintenance between professional treatments. I really like it, but the effects aren't permanent—you need to keep using it along with a good skincare routine. Beginners may also experience mild facial muscle soreness the next day, so it's best to start on a low setting and follow the instructions carefully to avoid irritation.

Overall, the device is fantastic. However, all six metal contacts need to touch your skin for it to work and count the treatment time. This is easy on fuller areas of the face but very difficult on the forehead and frown lines. I often spent 10 minutes on my forehead, while the device only registered 1 minute of actual treatment. The only way to know if it's working is by watching the blinking lights in a mirror. After using it twice a day for two days, I haven't noticed any results yet.

It's still difficult to tell if it's working, but I'll keep using it for at least three months and report back.

I love this brand and own several of their devices. At first, this one wouldn't hold a charge and only reached about 75% battery. After contacting Medicube, I realized it was user error, and the issue was resolved. I've only used it twice so far, so I'm looking forward to seeing the results.
