Works well! You have to apply more pressure than expected, and you need to use it at least twice a week with the solution it is meant to be used with in order to see good results. Overall, it’s great! Sturdy tool and very ergonomic, plus it’s cute.

Definitely pair this with the ilso nose pack, pushes out all the sebaceous filaments but a little painful lol - to be expected though since it's metal.

I used this to remove sebaceous filaments after softening them. Very helfpul
