This toner is filled with soothing ingredients. I found the salmon to be an interesting aspect of the toner. I think it works pretty well because my face feels pretty hydrated and soothing after using this. I haven’t gotten any irritations yet so that’s great. The liquid doesn’t make me feel greasy or anything either since it absorbs quickly.
